Our Process was designed with two things in mind: solid communication and creating exceptional websites. Through thoughtful planning, development experience, and custom project management software we've put together a process that obtains both of these goals in an efficient manner.
Phase I: Planning
Before we start a website, we make sure that we have a clear understanding of what the client is envisioning. Regardless of if you have everything planned out or don't know where to start, we will ask you for information in a variety of categories: strategic goals, desired functionalities, creative vision, and content. We then take your ideas and combine them with our expertise to produce a solid outline and production schedule for your website.
Phase II: Production
Production is the meat of the project, where the Web Weavers International team really takes the reins. You sit back and relax as we get to work, but we continue remain in close contact with you. To keep everything organized and efficient, we have created the Communication Portal, our custom project management software.
The Communication Portal is where you go to see exactly what's going on with the development of your website. It includes detailed logs that show the tasks we have completed for you and exactly how much you were charged for each task, and also gives you your current balance.
However, the Communication Portal is more than logs, it's also an interactive gateway that allows you to control the direction of the project. You may use it to send us messages about your thoughts on the work so far, introduce any new ideas that you may have, or ask questions.
Phase III - Testing & Evaluation
Once we have completed the production phase we begin testing. We then present your shiny, brand new website to you and ask if there are any additional changes that you would like. We make final changes, if needed, and then officially launch your website on the world wide web!
